Appointment Reservations

Consultations and services are available by appointment. A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment at AURA. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We will be unable to book your appointment without a credit card guarantee.

As a courtesy to others, we may ask you to re-schedule if you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

Tipping & Gratuity

AURA is a non-tipping facility. As a medical facility, gratuities are not customary. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

Cancellation Policy

AURA has a 24-hour cancellation policy in order to make the scheduled time available to other clients. A $50 fee per appointment booked will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a pre-paid package appointment, we will charge $50 fee to the credit card on file.

Return Policy

Products, service packages, and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. All Service packages and pre-paid treatments (except Laser Hair removal) must be used within 12 months of date of purchase or they will expire. Laser Hair Removal must be used within 18 months of the date of purchase or they will expire. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at AURA. In the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product, or if you are unable to use a skin care product, it can be returned for office credit within 14 days of purchase.
